The actor – who is rumoured to owe around $6 million in unpaid taxes – leased two vintage Rolls Royce cars in 2007 on a 60-month agreement, at a cost of over 10,000 a month.

However, he reportedly couldn’t afford the repayments and returned both vehicles and now the leasing company, Premier Financial Services, are suing him over breach of contract for the money they lost by selling the car wholesale.

The company wants $104,490.68 for one vehicle and 137,077.06 for the other.

Last October, the 'National Treasure' actor - who has been forced to put several of his properties on the market after failing to pay millions of dollars of tax - filed a lawsuit in October claiming Samuel Levin, his former business manager led him "down a path of financial ruin".

Levin- who was branded "incompetent" by the actor over his financial advice, which Cage claims has led him towards financial ruin - then filed a cross complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court against the star, insisting he was already in deep debt when he hired him in 2001.

In the complaint Levin insisted Cage refused to listen to his advice, resulting in him having an unpaid tax bill.

He said: "From the start of our Business Management Agreement he knew about his perilous financial situation and he knew he was behind on paying his taxes."

The business manager claimed he "warned" the actor he needed to earn a minimum of $30 million a year to support his lavish lifestyle and agreed a string of financial objectives which included selling "more than a dozen" of his cars and his $1.6 million comic book collection.

However, following a "string of hit films" Cage started spending again and by July 2008 he owned 15 homes - including two castles - four yachts, a Gulfstream jet, millions of dollars worth of jewellery and art and an island in the Bahamas. - Bang

The ‘Twilight’ actor is keen to venture into the music world but says he will have to take a break from acting as he wouldn’t be able to combine his two passions.

He said: "I kind of want to do an album at the end of the year. All my friends are recording albums and I'm very annoyed about it. But I can't do two things at once. I don't know how people like Jennifer Lopez can act and also sing. I'm just like, 'I can't.' But, hopefully, I'll find some time to get it together."

Last year, Robert revealed would love to pursue a music career but fears the baggage of his role as vampire Edward Cullen in the ‘Twilight’ films would ruin his chances of being successful.

He said: "I write songs, that's true. I'll record a few tracks as soon as I finish the promotion for the movies, but before I won't to do anything. I don't want to release an album which has a sticker on it saying, 'By the vampire of 'Twilight',' on it.

"If the record is released one day there won't be my name or my picture on the cover. Everyone would be biased. No one would listen to it." - Bang

40 girls for choice games SCANDAL actress and famous dancer Lorcia Cooper has been roped in by McDonald’s to do the choreography and train dancers who will perform at selected Fifa World Cup games.

The actress will train about 40 young women dancers who successfully auditioned for the McDonald’s South Africa Fan Dancer in Johannesburg last month. The Fan Dancer initiative forms part of McDonald’s role as a World Cup sponsor and the official restaurant of the 2010 Fifa World Cup. “This programme will give talented young South African women a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform at selected World Cup games,” the company said yesterday. The dancers, aged between 18 and 25, have a strong modern and contemporary dance background. The dancers also have excellent improvisational skills, a sense of teamwork and a willingness to contribute to the creative process. Cooper, who runs a dance studio in Johannesburg, led the selection process and will also train the dancers and do the choreography for their routines from April 11 to June 6.

LEWD TV viewers who supported a proposed porn channel on DStv will be downhearted to learn that MultiChoice has decided not to pursue the controversial project.

The pay TV channel announced yesterday it had reviewed research data on a subscriber survey to test responses to the issue of the adult content being supplemented. The research found that a significant portion of its subscribers were against the proposed adult channel, while some were indifferent to it. Another significant section was found to be positive, the research found. MultiChoice SA group CEO Nolo Letele said in a statement last night: “It was unfortunate that the research conducted was misinterpreted by some people to mean that a decision was made to introduce an adult content channel on our bouquets.” Letele said MultiChoice regularly did research to test viewer tastes and impressions of existing and new television channels so as to improve customer service. “Such research often includes questions looking at content requested by consumers, or channels that succeed abroad. The research survey conducted about three weeks ago focussed on adult content, since some competitors who are about to launch in South Africa might or might not include adult channels on their services,” he said.

Letele thanked customers for sharing their views and taking part in this survey.

The Playboy founder recently met his ex-girlfriend’s three-month-old son Hank Baskett IV for the first time and is amazed at how well the 25-year-old blonde beauty – who he dated for over four years from 2004 - has settled into family life with the tot and her husband, American footballer Hank Baskett.

He said: “It's wonderful and I'm happy for her. I love Kendra and Hank and I love them together. Kendra has always been very dear and her heart has always been very pure.

"She was the wild child when I first met her and she wound up being the first of the bunch to get married here at the Playboy Mansion. Now she has a baby. It's the stuff that dreams are made of."

The 83-year-old media mogul also praised Kendra’s family-orientated focus and insists she is a “wonderful” parent.

He told People magazine: "Her entire focus now is with Hank and little Hank. She's a wonderful mother and little Hank is in good hands.

"The baby is a winner. He's a gorgeous baby. Kendra should be very proud."

While the ‘Playboy’ founder is looking forward to spending more time with baby Hank, he revealed he has told Kendra he doesn’t want to be called ‘Grandpa’.

VICTORIA Beckham is said to have been left “shocked and upset” at the death of her ex- boyfriend Corey Haim.

The singer-turned-fashion designer briefly dated the Lost Boys star in 1995, and was saddened to receive news of his death on Wednesday of a suspected prescription drug overdose. A source told The Sun newspaper: “Victoria hadn’t had any contact with Haim for years but she was still shocked to learn of his death in such circumstances.” The overdose – which happened at the Los Angeles flat Haim was sharing with his mother while he helped her battle breast cancer – is thought to have been an accident, with four bottles of prescription drugs reportedly found near the spot Haim died. Haim had previously openly admitted addiction to crack cocaine and prescription drugs. Haim’s friend and co-star in Lost Boys, Corey Feldman, was also stunned by the news. – Bang
