I WANT to ask you this: do you stay in a relationship because you are in love or because you are happy? 

I AM so heartbroken for our “golden girl” Caster Semenya. As someone with a physical oddity myself (I have three nipples), I know just how cruel people can be.  

I STARTED a new job in a big company six months ago. I work with fantastic people and the environment is great. I love everything about this place and I intend to be here for a very long time.  

I AM in my 40s and have been divorced for many years. I was single for more than a decade because I was so wary of being hurt again. I was very happy as a single woman and was not looking to get involved.  

I’M married to a man who values his friends more than he values me. He spends 80percent of his time with his friends. He does not come home at weekends and never goes out with me, but always goes with his friends. 

I’VE SPENT a lot of my years trying to figure out what exactly I am looking for in a relationship, and also setting realistic criteria to avoid the pattern of heartbreak. 

I WOULD like to thank our government for making the Bus Rapid Transport System a reality. I concur with Sicelo Mabaso of the United Taxi Association Forum that the BRT is an opportunity for people in the taxi business to grow. I AM writing with regard to your response to the woman who wrote to you about her man spending his money and his time on his children. 

I AM in my early 40s and I’ve been divorced for more than a decade. I never enjoyed sex with men (it either hurt or was boring, but was never exciting or fulfilling).  

I AM 32 and living with a man of 36. He has three children. His wife died a few months after the birth of his youngest child, who is now five. Until we met he was bringing them up as a single parent.  

I AM 32 and my boyfriend is 36. We have been dating for about 18 months and living together for four months. He is a professional and earns a very good salary. I am an office worker and I clear just over a third of what he does. 

MY boyfriend, who I have been with for nearly five years, was handsome and wonderful when I met him. 

I HAVE been in a relationship for three years with the mother of my two-year-old son. We live together in a rented room. 

I AM in love with a woman and we have been living together for six months. Before she moved in with me, we had dated for three years. She was living in another province, but moved to Johannesburg six months ago to be with me.
