Power FM and Ayanda Allie-Paine have parted ways.
Allie-Paine announced the departure on Twitter citing that her busy schedule doesn't allow her to have an early morning show.
Allie-Paine was a co-host on the Power Breakfast with Lawrence Tlhabane.
"I've been co-hosting breakfast shows since 2012 while pursuing a 2nd degree & running a CSI company, NGO, family... My commitments have accumulated extensively, to the extent that my schedule can no longer accommodate an early morning show," she tweeted.
She thanked the station as well as its founder and wished them well.
Power FM station manager Mpumelelo Mkhabela was not immediately available for comment.
However the station tweeted: "We thank you Ayanda. We wish you all the best for your future endeavors".
Allie-Paine is the second host to leave the station in less than two months. Sam 'Sammy Sosa' Lehoko parted ways with Power FM end of July.
