Underberg farmer Trevor Rees‚ who was brutally attacked last week‚ has died in hospital.
Berg Protection Services spokesman Brett Deavin confirmed to TMG Digital that Rees had succumbed to his injuries in Edendale Hospital‚ Pietermaritzburg.
Rees had been shot twice‚ beaten and tortured during the farm attack on Friday last week.
Three men were arrested by police and security officials this week and are expected to appear in court on Monday.
