Following Cilliers Brink's removal as a mayor last week, the City of Tshwane gathered to elect a new mayor for the city on Wednesday.
Dr Nasiphi Moya was appointed to take over from Brink after a motion of no confidence was tabled against him for not delivering services to the townships of Tshwane.
