Hundreds of protesters took to the streets of the Joburg CBD on Tuesday to march for justice for the seven-year-old rape victim Cwecwe, a pupil at Bergview College in Eastern Cape.
The marchers headed to the education department offices in the city to submit a memorandum of grievances.
The march is part of nationwide protests led by human rights activists and civil society organisations.
