Tshwane metro police officer Peter Nonyane, known as “Gagash”, and his wife, attorney Charlotte Tibana, are back in the Polokwane magistrate’s court on Thursday for a bail application.
They face charges of fraud, theft and money laundering involving about R1.75m.
