Two suspected members of Mamelodi's criminal vigilante group known as Boko Haram have been granted bail of R10,000 each.
Mncedisi Donald Ntloko and Sibongile Mabele, both aged 37, were arrested early this month for allegedly hijacking family units in the new residential block known as Nkandla at Mamelodi West hostel and illegally renting them out for R2,500 a month.
The Pretoria magistrate's court on Tuesday granted the two bail after the state chose not to oppose their application any more.

Among the bail conditions imposed on the pair is that they are not allowed to set foot at Nkandla hostel and are forbidden from communicating with any person residing at the hostel.
The state alleges that the Tshwane metro lost around R11.8m in rentals since the units at the hostel were hijacked by Boko Haram.
Mabele and Ntloko were also ordered to report at the Mamelodi West police station on Mondays and Fridays and surrender their passports.
They're also not allowed to leave the Tshwane district without getting permission from the investigating officer.
Ntloko and Mabele are among four people arrested in connection with the activities of the notorious Boko Haram in the township east of Pretoria.
