Ex-cop and Bosasa special operations manager Solomon Segale for bridging security at the state capture commission, allegedly using his expired police card.
Segale listened in as former Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi was detailing how the firm bribed officials to secure and maintain government contracts.
The moegoe's presence led to the delay in the proceedings this week.
